Shale Drilling and Hydraulic Fracturing: Advanced Critical Issues ...

Why Attend?

This video webcast will be an in-depth examination of the issues involved in shale drilling and hydraulic fracturing (fracing or fracking)?a growing and contentious area of the law. Four hours long, it will begin with an intense workshop on state and federal regulatory issues, primarily for those experienced in oil and gas law.

The panel of energy and environmental law experts will then present a case study on Pennsylvania (home of Marcellus shale) regulatory issues. Finally, as mineral leasing is going through a transformational period, the panel will examine the current and complex issues arising with leasing in the field of oil and gas law.
