Since launching the Employee Rewards and Recognition Institute in March 2011, the Institute for Human Resources (IHR) reported impressive statistics in one year. The program delivered more than 5,900 webcasts for credit in 54 courses for interested HR professionals tuning in. Webcast sessions are available for viewing in live broadcast as well as from the archive directory, all qualifying for IHR credit for certification (80 credit hour requirement) as well as recertification for other HR associations.

The next two day virtual conference delivered online by various peer experts in the field of Rewards and Recognition will be April 26-27, 2012. Free registration is now open for any interested HR professionals. An example of a past webcast with high viewership is ?The Art and Science of Recognition Training & Communications: The Push and Pull Effects? presented by Derek Irvine of Globoforce. Check the Schedule for Upcoming Virtual Events or the Archive Listing for all programs with specialized focus in this or any division of HR. ?The wealth and scope of tools offered by the Institute for Human Resources Rewards and Recognition is impressive. The Institute offers just about everything a human resources or recognition professional would need ? without ever having to leave their desk! These include: educational webinars on a wide variety of topics, informative how-to tips and tools, virtual events, market research, best practices, benchmarking, and provider lists by market segment. Best of all, there?s a real sense of community between Institute members who are generous in sharing their ideas and insights.?
